At Forever Furry, we take immense pride in crafting unique, hand-painted 3D models that perfectly capture the spirit of your furry friends. Because every Pet Mini Me figurine is 100% custom-made based on the personal photos you provide, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations & Refunds
Before Production Begins: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Please contact us immediately at elio_lee@foxmail.com if you wish to cancel.

After Production Begins (Strictly Non-Refundable): Once our artists begin the 3D modeling and hand-painting process tailored to your pet's photos, all sales are final. Because these are highly personalized art pieces created exclusively for you, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once work has commenced.

Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect and securely package every figurine to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item is damaged in transit, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we are here to help.

To resolve a damage issue:

Inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elio_lee@foxmail.com.

Include your order number and provide clear photos of the damaged item as well as the shipping box.

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, which typically involves arranging a free replacement of your custom piece.

Non-Returnable Items
To reiterate, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Custom pet figurines (once production has started).

Any other personalized or bespoke merchandise.

European Union Exceptions

Please note that while the European Union mandates a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, custom-made and personalized goods are legally exempt from this rule. As your figurine is made to your exact specifications, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply.
